There are a multitude of areas for different activities as well as space to relax and read. The facility includes an entrepreneur center and business commons, digital media lab, hands-on STEM exploration area, teen center, quiet reading room, and 10 individual work/study rooms. The building has four zones for the VRF system. The electrical scope included power, lighting, and fire alarm.
