Henry Adams provided MEP engineering services for the commercial interior renovations of the 9th and 10th floors for the historic law office building. We solved the building's dehumidification problems by innovatively combining variable-refrigerant technology (VRF) with a dual temperature system. The design serves as a template for renovating the remaining 11 floors which was not possible using the existing dual temperature system.
