Henry Adams served as the prime consultant and provided the mechanical and electrical engineering design for the Building 4, 7 condenser water plant that provides condenser water to Buildings 4, 7, 9 and the Credit Union totaling 200,000 SF. The two nominal 400-ton cooling towers, condenser water pumps and sand filtration were provided. The project was a phased construction project.
