Meritus Campus Housing

Henry Adams will provide multi-phased MEP FP design services for a new student housing campus in Hagerstown, Maryland. The Meritus Campus Housing development comprises six buildings, including five four-story residential buildings and a one-story community building. The residential buildings contain approximately 342 one and two bedroom units totaling about 302,732 gross square feet. The community building will offer a lounge, fitness area, offices, multipurpose rooms, a courtyard, and an outdoor pool, and is approximately 8,500 to 8,900 square feet. Campus parking will be primarily surface parking with limited tuck under spaces at the ground level of each residential building. The project will be delivered in two phases. Phase 1 includes three residential buildings numbered 1 through 3 along with the community building numbered 4. Phase 2 includes the remaining two residential buildings.
