Loudoun Station Development

Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design and construction phase services for the new multi-family housing project - Loudoun Station Development. Phase II includes five new buildings with a total of 568 dwelling units and 654,198 SF. The project is comprised of two sites, East and West. The East site consists of two buildings with 250 dwelling units and a 388,714 SF parking garage. The West site consists of three buildings with 318 dwelling units and a 328,495 SF parking garage. The development features single and multiple bedroom units and retail space.
