Henry Adams was the MEP engineer for the complete systemic renovation of an existing 75,000 SF historic courthouse and the addition of a new mezzanine level in the waiting area. Work included two new elevators, systemic replacement of HVAC with DOAS, cooling tower and pump replacement, and BAS controls to solve ongoing humidity and IAQ issues.

After the design was complete, the client elected to make substantive changes to the scope of the project and commissioned Henry Adams to re-design the project.  The re-design effort included only the systemic mechanical and fire alarm improvements of the original design.
