Henry Adams is providing commissioning services for the new emergency generator system at VAMC Martinsburg. The commissioning scope includes the HVAC and electrical systems. The project includes a commissioning plan, including pre-functional performance checklist, functional performance test checklists, commissioning requirements, review of submittals and facilities maintenance data, performance test plans, testing and observation of the new system.
