Henry Adams provided the MEP and fire protection engineering design services for the new $65M, 409,000 GSF multi-family housing project. The 4-story building contains 350 market-rate apartment units, amenities, and a 5-level pre-cast parking garage.

The project scope included production of the building model using Revit. The mechanical design involved HVAC, building controls, and dedicated outside air/ventilation. The plumbing design included sanitary, vent, water, storm water, gas, and fire suppression. The electrical design included power, lighting, and fire alarm. The fire protection design detailed service entrance and performance specification for the sprinkler system layout and included fire alarm, fire pump, and emergency generator. In the apartment units, voice/data and CATV outlets and cabling from devices to a telecommunications hub panel were detailed.  Microduct pathways were provided from each hub panel to main telecommunications rooms. As part of the design package, a telephone entry system was included.
