HENRY ADAMS provided MEP and fire protection design services for the new 18-story BLVD Ansel.

The project is Phase II of the new Rockville Town Center development, a $150M transit-oriented facility placed in the heart of downtown Rockville. The 693,000 SF multi-family/mixed-use building includes 263,000 SF in market-rate housing, 136,000 SF of affordable housing, 20,000 SF in retail space, and a 235,000 SF parking garage. The development features state-of-the-art amenities such as separate lobbies, fitness/wellness center, a swimming pool, bathhouse, club rooms, rooftop socializing space with grills and seating, rental and leasing offices, mailroom, library, and dog grooming space.

HENRY ADAMS provided the MEP engineering design services for HVAC, associated building controls, plumbing, power, lighting, fire alarm, and communications.
