Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design for the $57M, 150,000 SF, 145-unit, LEED Silver Lockwood apartment complex. The project includes a 40,000 SF parking garage with 90 parking spaces.

The facility offers a wide range of community spaces such as gymnasium, drawing room, conference room, conservatory with potting facilities, courtyard with English garden, roof terrace and grilling station, on-site dog wash, and workshop.

Services offered on site include concierge, hospitality bar with daily tea service, pet walking/grooming, loaner bikes and household tools, Amazon package lockers, dry cleaning lockers, as well as parking with electric vehicle charging stations.
