Henry Adams provided MEP programming and design for a new life care and residential facility for the Marriott Corporation. It was named the 1994 “Best in Senior Housing” award by HBNC. The 700,000 SF facility included a 350-unit residential unit, a 50,000 SF nursing home, assisted living units and a 44,000 SF community center with library, billiards rooms, crafts center, recreation and fitness areas, pool and locker.

The 20-story, twin-tower building contains apartments, large kitchen and dining areas, laundry, medical and nursing care units, and a 3-level underground parking garage. The entrance level has a large lobby, main living room, and retail space for shops and reception area. Design included electrical service, lighting, mechanical systems, elevators, and fire protection and security and communications systems.
