Ginger Cove, Life Care Facility
Henry Adams was responsible for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communication, and fire protection design services for the expansion at Ginger Cove Life Care Facility. This project consisted of the complete renovation of the second floor - the comprehensive care area - of the existing commons building, as well as the construction of a two-story addition. The second floor renovation encompassed 32,000 SF of floor area. The addition ws 69,000 SF of total area. The new space consists of common areas, residence rooms with private bathrooms, 2 new dining rooms, a remote kitchen, exercise rooms, beauty spa, an indoor swimming pool, and a basement primarily dedicated to mechanical and electrical rooms.
