Fulton-Gethsemane Village
Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design for the new $16M, 4-story, 60-unit, 77,000 SF multi-family housing building. The project provides a refreshing new lifestyle in one of West Baltimore’s most historic neighborhoods. Located along Pennsylvania Avenue, Fulton Gethsemane Village adds to a proud revitalizing community of support and involvement.
The mechanical design included HVAC, associated building controls, plumbing, and fire protection. The electrical design included power, lighting, and fire alarm. Overall, the project was designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
