Erickson Living, Maris Grove

Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design services for Building 3.4 as part of Maris Grove's new Redwood Commons neighborhood. The facility consists of six stories, 137,206 SF with 73 bedroom units. A 2-story community space is located on the lowest two levels and incorporates a mail room, library, creative arts studio, casual cafe/restaurant, conference center, and entry lobby with reception. A 100' pedestrian bridge connects the second level of the facility to Building 3.3.

Henry Adams also provided the MEP engineering design services for Building 3.5 as part of Redwood Commons. This building consists of four stories, 80,562 SF with 51 bedroom units. The amenity space includes a full service restaurant with private dining as well as a cards room.

Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design services for Building 3.6 as well, which consists of four stories, 77,367 SF with 49 bedroom units. The building includes a fitness room and an employee lounge.
