Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design services for Building 19H, which houses Medical Beds on the first floor, including ventilator patients, medical offices and a cardiology clinic on the second floor, and OT/PT clinics and the Police and Security function on the basement floor. The building was constructed in the 1930s and is in reasonably good condition structurally; however some of the building systems have gone beyond their life expectancy.
