Henry Adams provided MEP/FP engineering design for the new construction of DIX Street Residences in Washington, D.C. This 56,000 SF, mixed-income senior housing community includes four stories of thoughtfully designed living space, complete with modern kitchens, upgraded bathrooms, an enhanced exterior and 10 tuck-under parking spaces.
