Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design services for a tenant fit-out for Soft Stuff Ice-cream of approximately 1,500 GSF to be constructed within Building A at Forest Green in Howard County, MD. The mechanical design featured the HVAC and associated temperature control systems. The electrical design featured the power and lighting systems. Additionally, the plumbing design featured the sanitary, water, gas, vent, and fire suppression design.
