Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design services for the 2,800 SF renovation of the M&T Bank Eastern Branch location.

The scope of the work included both interior and exterior renovations as well as minor additions. Existing spaces inside the branch include offices, main check desk area, ATM alcoves, and a vault. The interior renovation included space reconfiguration and replacement finishes for the existing rooms. The exterior renovation included masonry work, a new drive through ATM, replacement of storefront, and lighting. The large storefront, high ceilings, new teller line, upgraded lighting and crisp finishes provide a functional yet comfortable atmosphere for employees and customers.

The mechanical scope included HVAC, and plumbing encompassing sanitary, vent, and water. The HVAC design included heating and cooling load calculation and relocation of existing diffusers and grilles. Modification of existing perimeter finned-tube radiation system was also performed.

The electrical scope included power, lighting, data outlets, design for outside night deposit areas, and fire protection including the modification of existing fire alarm and fire suppression systems.
