Henry Adams provided MEP/FP tenant fit-out design for a 21,000 SF office and elevator lobby space in the Alex Brown Building. The project included site visits for documenting existing conditions, extension and modifications of base building mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems to accommodate the architectural design and AV system rough-in.

The design utilized existing VAV and terminal boxes, lighting design based on architectural layout, and drawing specifications.

Construction administration services included responding to RFIs, submittal review, and punch list site visits.
