Henry Adams is responsible for the MEP engineering design for the renovation of the existing Rod & Reel restaurant and new 5-story mixed-use facility. The new 40,000 SF building will consist of two floors of gaming, dining, and retail. There will also be a 3-floor, 10,000 SF hotel above the two base floors. In addition, there will be a 230,000 SF stand alone, open-air parking garage and stand alone crab restaurant detached from the main building. The mechanical scope includes HVAC, associated building controls, plumbing, and fire suppression. The electrical scope includes power, lighting, and fire alarm.
