Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design for a new $36M, 9-story, 71-unit multi-family high rise building.  The new building totals 84,000 SF with 5,000 SF of retail space and a 12,000 SF underground parking garage. The MEP engineering scope includes HVAC and associated building controls, power and lighting, plumbing (sanitary, vent, water, and gas), fire alarm and fire suppression, as well as voice/data and CATV infrastructure.
