Strathmore Square Building 3A/3B Receives LEED Gold Certification!

The 297,000 SF Strathmore Building 3A/3B multi-family, mixed-use project in North Bethesda, Maryland, was awarded LEED Gold certification last Tuesday. HENRY ADAMS provided the MEP/FP engineering design for these two high-rise buildings, which total 297,000 SF and were opened to the public in July 2024.

The project includes a total of 218 dwelling units with an average unit size of 1,118 SF. Each building includes 9-10 stories above grade.

The project was designed to USGBC LEED Silver certification and achieved LEED Gold certification. We are so proud of the entire team involved in this accomplishment and their commitment to sustainability!
