Beyond standard offices and classrooms, the building will feature an 800-seat theatre, a 250-seat proscenium theatre, a 200-seat black box studio, instructional theater and educational technology labs, flexible performance and instructional spaces, radio, television and film broadcast and production labs, a 125-seat recital hall, music band and rehearsal space, dance studios, and an art gallery.
The project was designed to achieve LEED Gold certification. Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design.
