The exciting $42M, 65,000 SF adaptive-reuse of the Grimke School is officially open for business! 

This project includes a 4-story addition and restoration of the historic 130-year-old structure. The reimagined facility boasts office space, cultural uses, and also the new permanent home of the African American Civil War Museum. 

Henry Adams provided the MEP and fire protection engineering design for the project.
