The new $80M, 482,000 SF, multi-building graduate student housing complex serves Cornell University. This development replaced the aging apartments, creating a vibrant new community. The complex consists of studio to 4-bedroom apartments and townhomes with active/passive outdoors space and some shared community amenity space. All in all, the project includes 444 units and 872 beds.

Maplewood Apartments boasts a diverse residential community, including scholars from all over the world and from a variety of graduate and professional programs. The complex offers an excellent student living experience just a short walk from Cornell University with all the things that make the Ithaca community unique and lovable. The facility’s amenities include everything under the sun from apartment essentials to quiet places to study.  More specifically this includes a clubhouse, fitness center, study lounge, TV lounge, car charging stations, playground, hammock garden, community garden, and even free Starbucks coffee.
