In association with Cho, Benn, Holback and Associates, Henry Adams was selected as one of the teams awarded an IDIQ with the GSA National Capital Region. The contract includes A/E, surveys, and designs; general A/E services; A/E services with historic impact; historic preservation; mechanical engineering; electrical engineering; electrical, fire and life safety; security enhancements and assessments; feasibility studies; and cost estimates; in addition to various other things.
