The Polk Street Garage project is nearing its completion. The $14M, 69,000 SF renovation of the vehicle maintenance facility supports the MD Department of Transportation. Spaces inside the facility include shops, warehouse storage, and vehicle repair/storage.

The project consists of the exterior and interior renovation of an existing building. The existing warehouse building was converted into a fully functional maintenance facility. Mezzanine storage areas within the shop areas were constructed to increase storage space inside the shops.
