Henry Adams has been selected as part of the design team awarded the new World War I Memorial. Located in DC's Pershing Park, the new memorial will incorporate parts of the existing site. It is expected that construction will be complete by 2018, pending design approval from the National Park Service.

Henry Adams has prior experience with memorials, such as the World War II Memorial in Annapolis and the Holocaust Memorial in Baltimore.
