Henry Adams has been awarded an air conditioning installation project at Franklin High School. The fast track design supporting the 211,000 SF school will be complete in October 2016 with construction being completed in two phases. Phase I will provide air conditioning to all classrooms by August 2018 while Phase II will serve the remainder of the school by August 2019.

This project re-establishes Henry Adams' relationship working with Baltimore County Public Schools and comes on the heels of an on-call award back in March of this year. It also bolsters Henry Adams' growing K-12 portfolio, which includes projects for other public school systems such as Alexandria City, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, Maryland School for the Deaf, Montgomery County, and Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind.
