The Phase I Expansion of the Towson University Union has officially opened and is in use for the Fall 2021 semester. The Union is the hub of student social life on the Towson campus. The Phase II Renovation of the existing building is currently ongoing and will open in 2022. 

Students have begun exploring the exciting new expanded section of the facility and are using the new spaces for studying and collaboration. 

Henry Adams provided the mechanical and electrical engineering design services for the $96M, 256,000 SF renovation and expansion.
