Last night marked the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for Highland Haus – a new $12M, 70,000 SF apartment complex in Highlandtown.

The program included remarks by Peter Garver (Garver Development Group), Mike Gill (Secretary, Maryland Department of Commerce), the Honorable Catherine Pugh (Mayor, City of Baltimore), as well as Dr. Bruce Taylor and Ross Taylor (Taylor Property Group). A reception was held after the ribbon cutting.

Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design for the new mid-rise multi-family complex. The project also includes a 2-level, 18,000 SF parking garage and 4,000 SF of street level retail space. The mechanical design included HVAC, associated building controls, fire suppression, and plumbing. The electrical design included power, lighting, fire alarm, voice/data, and security.
