For this project, Henry Adams teamed up with J&L Mavilia, and 8(a) mechanical contractor. The cardio and work out facility in the basement of the FBI headquarters required supplemental cooling. Henry Adams performed a load calculation and selected air-cooled split systems to serve the spaces. Air-cooled condensers were located at the bottom of an exhaust air shaft to elevate the discharge heat.
