Henry Adams provided the design and fundamental commissioning services for the installation of a dedicated outdoor air system including air handling unit and associated ductwork distribution and chilled water piping.  Modifications were made to the outdoor air connections to existing fan coil units and automatic control system to isolate the unit heaters and convectors from the dual temperature piping system during chilled water operation.  The electrical scope included power wiring design to support the mechanical system.
