Henry Adams is providing the MEP engineering design for two new buildings at the Erickson Living Ashburn, VA campus. Community Building 3.0 is a 2-story, 36,500 SF community building with an indoor pool and fitness center. Independent Living Building 3.2 is a 5-story, 262,800 SF, 136-unit building with a 51,000 SF parking garage. The mechanical scope includes HVAC and associated building controls, as well as fire suppression and plumbing systems. The electrical scope includes power and lighting, voice/data, intercommunication systems, CATV, fire alarm, fire suppression, access control, and video surveillance.
