This historic structure is sometimes referred to as "the World's Most Exclusive Hotel," a distinction earned not because of location, price, or amenities, but because of the exclusive dignitaries to which it caters. It has hosted many world leaders. Henry Adams provided building assessments and contributed the MEP portions for the design guides establishing criteria for future upgrades to the historic structure.
