Henry Adams provided the MEP and telecommunication engineering design for the 222 Saratoga Apartment Building Infill. The project entailed the renovation of two 600 SF spaces (storage and former leasing office) to create efficiency apartments on both the 5^th and 8^th floors.

Prior to the design, a site visit was scheduled top survey existing conditions and to verify the locations of the telephone room, nearest BGE meter socket, and survey the adjacent plumbing risers. The mechanical design included limited HVAC design because the existing thru-wall HVAC system was reused for this renovation. Additionally, the mechanical design included plumbing and fire suppression. The electrical design included fire alarm and telephone/data.
