National Park Service, Plum Orchard Mansion

Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design for the renovation and restoration of a 20,000 SF, 67-room historic mansion to serve as an interpretive site, including installation of fire detection and suppression systems, update of water source for fire suppression system, enhancement of ventilation system to reduce humidity, repair and restoration of all interior finishes and ADA improvements to provide access to the first floor and basement.
