Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering services for the $8.7M, 26,800 SF renovation/expansion of kitchen, dishwashing, servery, dining, and storage areas.

The project included a small addition to house an after-hours food service area and a new coffee bar on the first floor of the A-Wing. Also included was the addition of new exterior egress stairs and a dining deck, and replacement or relocation of windows for the deck and coffee bar installations.

The project was designed to LEED Silver criteria but ultimately did not seek certification.
