National Park Service, Homestead Heritage Center
As part of an IDIQ contract with the National Park Service, Henry Adams designed the HVAC, electrical, plumbing and telecommunications systems for the new Heritage Center, which tells the story of the first Homesteader. The Heritage Center includes exhibits, visitor orientation, theater, bookstore, land record research area and support spaces. There is also a 160-foot “living wall” exterior exhibit and a one acre square parking lot.
