Glen Mar Methodist Church
Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design services for a new 88,000 SF facility, which was constructed in multiple phases.
Phase I included classrooms, gymnasium, narthex, a full service commercial kitchen, administrative areas, and a multipurpose room. (The photos shown to the right are part of this phase.)
Phase II included the 21,000 SF Education Wing, which houses a nursery, daycare and preschool classrooms, as well as a computer room and administrative areas. HVAC design included variable-air-volume energy recovery units. Electrical systems included normal and emergency power, lighting, telecommunications and incorporating security work by others. Site design included new electrical service and parking lot lighting.
