Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design and construction documents, including construction phase services, for the Fork & Wrench Restaurant tenant fit-out at the Union Wharf Mixed-Use Complex in downtown Baltimore. The project entailed a fit-out of approximately 5,100 GSF on the ground floor.
