Henry Adams provided the MEP design for a new DC mixed-use, multi-family residential high rise. The project will total roughly 80,000 SF with a 10,000 SF garage and a construction budget of $17M. The project includes design and construction documents (in Revit), and construction administration, for a new high-rise structure with the following attributes:
- Nine stories with a setback on the 7th floor.
- One level of ventilated underground parking.
- Typical residential floorplans on levels 2-6 and 7-9.
- 3,000 SF to 5,000 SF of warm, dark shell for future retail to accommodate limited food service.
- Approximately 87 units.
