Henry Adams has been engaged for the $19 million adaptive re-use of the Whitehall Cotton Mill on Clipper Mill Road. The project will convert a former cotton mill into 27 apartments, offices and shopping space totaling 77,000 SF. The design will also prep space for a 6,000 SF restaurant overlooking the Jones Falls.
