Last week, a ribbon cutting ceremony was held for the new $33.9M, 99,715 SF STEM Building at CCBC Catonsville. The project was designed to achieve LEED Silver and includes spaces such as math and science labs, prep areas, lecture halls, and classrooms.

Henry Adams provided complete mechanical and electrical engineering for the project. Basic infrastructure work included relocation and modifications of conflicting utilities; the design of new utilities; the addition of boiler/chiller/tower/pumping capacity to the campus central utility plant; demolition of obsolete cooling equipment at the project site; and site electric improvements.
