Cosima, a new restaurant located at Mill No. 1, has officially opened. It shares ownership with the popular Donna's restaurant and specializes in Southern Italian cuisine. The opening has been the talk of the town and covered by the Baltimore Sun, WBAL-TV, Baltimore Business Journal, and Baltimore Magazine.

Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering services for the tenant fit-out of Cosima's 4,500 SF space inside Mill No. 1. The project included extension of the utilities to the base building services; including sanitary, gas, storm, electric, sprinkler, domestic, water, etc. The plumbing design for the toilet rooms and food service areas included an automatic grease recovery device to serve the kitchen. The new HVAC equipment serving the dining and kitchen spaces includes make-up air for the kitchen exhaust hoods.
