Last Friday marked the groundbreaking for the Parks at Walter Reed, a new $76M mixed-use development in Washington, DC.

It will feature a 270,000 SF, 280-unit multi-family housing building and a 72,000 SF, 80-unit condo building. Henry Adams provided the mechanical/plumbing engineering design for both.

In attendance at the groundbreaking were Mayor Muriel Bowser, Deputy Mayor Brian Kenner, and Ward 4 Councilmember Brandon Todd.
