Last month, engineers from Henry Adams assisted David M. Schwarz Architects with an Integrated Building Design Studio session. The Catholic University of America architectural program encourages its students to engage professionals in the industry. The program called for the design of a television studio in Washington, DC.

This session focused on MEP, Life Safety, and Structural systems. Jeanne Tebera, PE, CFPS and Scott Haythorn, PE, LEED AP, CEM were each involved in the renovation of MD Public Television’s Studio One and offered valuable insights for each of the four student teams to consider. We wish all the teams success in developing creative solutions for the program!
