The Whitman-Walker Clinic Redevelopment project was recently featured on Urban Turf.

The project includes a world-class 166,000 SF mixed-use development. Areas include 80,000 SF of residential space, 18,000 SF of retail space, 25,000 SF of office space, a 31,000 SF clinic, and a 4,000 SF community center. It also includes two levels of sub-grade parking. The mechanical scope includes HVAC, associated building controls, and plumbing systems. The electrical scope includes power, lighting, fire alarm, and communications.

Ground broke last fall, and the project is expected to finish up in the summer of 2019. Henry Adams provided the MEP engineering design.
